Brother Superior General Robert Schieler, FSC, has penned a letter of support to Pope Francis, citing his “inspiring leadership and call for all men and women of good will to live daily the beatitudes of Jesus.”
The letter touches upon Brother Robert’s sadness at the discord within the hierarchy of the Catholic Church, the history of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, and the need to enter into respectful dialogue with persons we are called to serve.
