Be a part of history as we celebrate the Year of Lasallian Vocations! The communications office at the Generalate in Rome plans to compile a book featuring the cover pages of printed newspapers from April 7, 2019, exactly 300 years since Saint John Baptist de La Salle passed into eternal life. The goal is to show the realities of the world today, 300 years later.
Representatives from each Lasallian ministry are asked to:
- Get a newspaper on Sunday, April 7, 2019.
- Tear off the cover page.
- Send the cover page to your District office (addresses below).
- Make sure the page arrives to your District office by May 1, 2019.
Using the newspaper submissions, the book will be kept at the Generalate until the end of the Lasallian Jubilee Year, and it will then be stored in the La Salle Museum in Rome.
