The 2019 International Lasallian Days for Peace (ILDP) will begin on September 21 (the United Nations’ sanctioned International Day of Peace) and will run through October 21. The theme for this 13th annual event is “Peace is ALWAYS Possible,’’ which aligns with the upcoming theme of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, “Great Things are Possible.” ILDP is an initiative of the International Council of Young Lasallians (ICYL).
Prayer vigil: The Regional Council of Young Lasallians (RCYL) is inviting Lasallians to take part in a prayer vigil to celebrate the conclusion of the International Lasallian Days for Peace on October 21. Lasallians are invited to register individually or with your students, clients, communities, colleagues, families, etc. for a 15-minute time slot to pray aloud or in silence. Register here >
