Cleaning up at La Salle Academy

Relief efforts are underway after Typhoon Washi devastated the Philippines including La Salle Academy, Iligan, Lanao del Norte. The storm took the lives of seven Lasallians and flooded the school with mud and debris. Among the dead are a night high school student and family members of teachers. Funerals will be held at the school because funeral homes are full. About one to two feet of mud flooded the school and Lasallians are currently clearing classrooms and offices.

Several Lasallian schools, organizations, and associations are collecting donations to help the victims. If you can help, please send a check made payable to La Salle Academy directly to the school’s bank account using the following information:
Bank Name: Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)
Bank Account Number: 0820-016221-030
Send a digital copy of the deposit slip to Brother Raffy Reyes, FSC, President of LSA, at raffyreyes1018@gmail.com.
